1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and any8 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports wagering platform accessible at https://any8.lat. 3. Account Management & Verification

3.1 KYC Verification

any8 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations and responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed:

• A copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.

The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed within the cashier section of your account. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. any8 does not accept third-party deposits.

Deposits are generally credited to your any8 account balance in real time or within a short processing window. any8 shall not be liable for delays caused by your financial institution, payment processor, or any external technical factors.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable security or compliance review. any8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.

4.4 Currency
